Directed the maintenance of 157 maintenance technicians spanning 5 different maintenance specialties. During the TDY period, RED FLAG 2018 14 F16C aircraft flew 227 sorties encompassing 617 flight hours.

Providing continuous ISR coverage over a broad spectrum of systems.Worked, coordinated, and spearheaded system upgrades while integrating customer requirements and staying within the parameters of the Statement of Work.

Supervised 70 maintenance personnel performing maintenance of UH-60 L/M DUSTOFF aircraft, back shop support, AH64, CH47, and OH-58 aircraft. Served as Maintenance Control Supervisor and when short-handed also served as Senior Technical Inspector.

Supervised 19 Maintenance personnel on 4 different helicopter platforms, OH-58, U-60 L/M, CH-46, AH-64 systems, and LRU maintenance. Served as Technical Inspector for T-700 Engine Dis-assembly and Reassembly.
