With over three decades of high-level real estate sales and management, Rick thrives on creative problem solving, listening, and helping agents and customers achieve their dreams. Rick was nationally ranked in Pairs Figure Skating, and toured with the Ice Follies throughout North America. He coached skating and also was in the Warner Bros movie Champions- A Love Story as the skating double for the lead actor. Turley entered real estate in 1986 with Coldwell Banker and promptly developed a flourishing business. He earned the title of Top 1% internationally for seven consecutive years. Handling 80 to 100 transactions per year as a solo producer, he was honored as the branch's top producer each year until accepting a management position with Coldwell Banker.During Turley's impressive stint as manager of the highly successful San Francisco office, he and his team earned several distinguished international awards. Showing exceptional leadership he was a recipient of the President's Council Award each of the seven years he was a manager. Up for the challenge, Turley accepted the position of President of Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay Area in 2007. Rick oversaw 45 offices and over 3,100 Realtors. After seven years serving as CB's president, Rick truly missed the day-to-day interaction with Realtors and their transaction challenges, as well as aiding them in their professional growth. In 2014 Rick accepted the position of VP and Managing Broker at Alain Pinel Realtors, overseeing the luxury firm's San Francisco offices. Rick led the acquisition of the esteemed agents and offices of Hill and Co., joining forces with their 60+ years of success in San Francisco. APR was acquired by Compass in 2019. Rick served as Managing Broker for San Francisco and oversaw Marin and Sonoma counties for Engel & Volkers for the following 2.5 years.Specialties: Turley works closely with several professional and charitable organizations. He is a past director of the National Association of Realtors. He is currently a CAR Director. Rick is past Chair of the SFAR Managers Council at the local Association of Realtors. Rick served for two terms as a Board of Directors member for REBS at the California Association of Realtors. An active local community member, Turley has also served on the board of the Leadership Council of the AIDS Research Institute at UC San Francisco. Rick currently sits on the board of the San Francisco Museum of Performance + Design. He is particularly devoted to Habitat for Humanity and the SF Food Bank.
