In this role, my primary responsibility is to coach the state officers who lead the District of Columbia TSA delegation as we work to establish and complete a program of work to provide resources for chapters, improve the experience of members, and align DC TSA with the national organization. In the process, I communicate with chapter advisors to assist their chapter growth and identify new potential chapters. Other tasks include, competitive event management and event judging, networking with other state delegations, and representing our 300+ member delegation at the local and national level.
