I was in charge of several sales teams throughout the region. I helped structure the internal sales team for the company including appointing management roles, and different sales roles. I maintained and managed the teams by providing sales training several times a week, hosting leadership meetings, and working directly with the Team Managers to make sure all the teams were meeting their quotas, and goals. I was also in charge of recruiting. I would present the sales opportunity in a group presentation, then interview potential candidates. Those that got through onboarding were placed on teams. I also did a host of admin work, running reports, breaking down financial analysis, and presenting profits on a weekly basis etc.

I oversee a team responsible for managing a multi-million dollar pipeline of commercial deals. My role involves handling day-to-day operations and providing guidance on projects worth multiple megawatts. I set clear expectations and provide comprehensive training to ensure successful deal closures. Additionally, I frequently travel with my representatives to ensure the proper handling of these large-scale megawatt projects.

As a supervisor, I oversaw and provided training to newly recruited sales professionals specializing in residential and commercial solar sales. I conducted daily team meetings that encompassed various aspects such as one-on-one training, team building activities, and setting goals and quotas. Leading by example, I actively engaged in the field, personally demonstrating effective sales techniques to my employees.

In my role, I collaborate with prospective residential and commercial clients to assess their current monthly electricity expenses. By leveraging this information, I identify opportunities for cost reduction by transitioning them to solar energy through our company's solutions. Additionally, I proactively generate leads and take charge of the entire sales process, successfully closing deals.

I presented Tesla to prospective clients, providing them with in-depth insights into residential and commercial energy consumption. Subsequently, I discussed the range of benefits our company offers, such as cost savings and an improved quality of life, through the adoption of renewable energy solutions.
