I'm a Minnesota licensed Professional Geologist, asbestos inspector, and asbestos management planner with 28+ years in private sector consulting. My professional focus currently is project management and client development with an emphasis on Phase I and Phase II due diligence, site investigations and remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and company operations support. My professional focus has also included federal project management conducting CERCLA and RCRA site assessments, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, corrective measures studies, remedy selection and implementation. My federal projects have been primarily on Air Force and Army installations or BRAC and FUD sites. I've spent some time in the environmental compliance areas as well with experience developing and writing industrial stormwater plans, construction stormwater plans, SPCC plans, and storage tank auditing.I'm a group leader at Bay West with between five and seven direct reports including team leaders and their direct reports. As a group leader I'm responsible for conducted performance and salary reviews, helping staff develop professional objectives, assigning project work, maintaining utilization targets, and offering staff training and mentorship. At the corporate level I support our staff and resource scheduling, strategic planning, labor planning, and corporate training of our project managers and team leaders.
