Scan the asin into the computer to create a bar code, build the box and install the product, place bar code on the box, ran pack with paper, send it through a tape machine, scan the bar code for the shipping label. Send it down the conveyor to be placed in the appropriate truck.

Meet with the crews every morning at the warehouse to ensure they have everything they need to preform their job for the day. Review work orders and plans. Attend monthly P&L meetings to discuss profit and loss. Visit jobsites for quality control inspections. Meet with customers for warranty related items. Order the repairs and see them through to completion. Collect weekly billings and review prior to being turned in to payroll. Field questions from sales and bid any jobs for specialty items that may not be in the price book.
