A side project of mine which grow into a fully usable SaaS product used by hundreds of users. It automated the whole daily reporting process by auto generating and sending daily summaries of the team accomplishments to clients.

The goal of the project “Industrial Use Cases for the New Mirror Solution Technology Invented by CMS” was to identify new industrial application fields by using the TCL (Technology Competence Leveraging) method. In addition, a precise market analysis of the identified application fields was made.

The goal of the project "Roadmap for successful Corporate Venturing in the Insurance Industry" was to identify challenges in corporate venture capital activities and provide guidelines and recommendations regarding the organization, governance and management of corporate venture capital activities for UNIQA Ventures.

In addition, I had the opportunity to gain insights in the process of how statistics concerning Luxembourg are created. As a result, I can better understand and analyse different economic and business statistics.
