Projects included a 1.6 million dollar Design-Built project of the Air Wing Command HQ at Little Rock AFB along with various other USACE JOC project throughout the states of Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Louisiana I also managed the Houston NASA MAC contract during the same time which had various projects ongoing during this five year period. I also support various special projects for estimating, staffing requirements as well as other proposal requirements that KBR was bidding on throughout the world and United States. This was done on an as-needed bases along with managing my current Army COE and NASA contracts located in Houston Texas.

As Program Manager and as a part of the M&E team, I worked on various projects supporting a wide variety of requirements, from proposal preparation, new project research, staffing requirements, planning, scheduling and estimating oversight. While working as part of the M&E team, I still served as support to the CONCAP program in the Arlington office when needed for close out of that contract, answering DCAA questions, POC on warranty issue along with handling a wide variety of other questions and issues on various projects that were completed during KBRs eight years CONCAP contract with the Navy.

Project General ManagerKbr Gtmo, Cuba Jan 2002 - Oct 2008CONCAP: Emergency Construction Capability Worldwide, Naval Facilities Eng. Command, Atlantic Division, Guantanamo Bay, CubaProgram General Manager on the Design and Construction of Detainee Camps and Prison Facilities Project from 2002 to 2007 under KBR’s CONCAP contract. I was the Senior Project Manager in charge of one of the highest profile projects for KBR in support of the War on Terrorism. I served as the Design Manager as well as Senior Project Program Manager on this project in charge of all design management, planning, coordination, and execution of all construction of modular detainee cell blocks, three state-of-the-art prison facilities, 235 GPD RO plants, full service hospital, dental clinic, mental health wards, and all troop support and JTF requirements at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba Navy Base. Camps included a wide range of modular offices and housing units to support troops and the various government agencies. Managed the construction of the hardened steel cell block prison camp to house detainees. The project was completed in phases with each phase having its own special requirements and timeline. The initial 45-day project consisted of a planning, designing, and constructing a fully operational hardened prison camp for 408 detainees. The full project consisted of required design, construction, all infrastructures and a major power distribution systems, security systems, mainland and island logistics, hiring third-world nationals, and the logistics of getting all personnel screened, approved, and relocated to Cuba. The project required strong project management skills to coordinate suppliers and subcontractors and was completed on time and under budget.Managed various task orders for more detainee camps, troop house units, support for the troop quality of life program, and the construction of three maximum security prisons: one 100-man and a 200-man, state-of-the-art, hardened prison made of modular concrete and steel cells.
