Focus on creating a path for new weapon systems to transition to Depot sustainment. Manage teams that prepare 10-20 year workload outlook and run capacity analysis to evaluate the base's ability to handle the workload. Teams develop course of action scenarios for the WR-ALC Commander to include targeted process improvements to gain capacity through increased throughput, re-purpose of specific buildings, MILCON projects, inserting new technology, and acquisition/lease of new property. Transformation teams concentrate on implementation of Art of the Possible management philosophy across the Complex, mentoring/teaching Green Belt Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) practitioners, and facilitating enterprise level CPI events.

Direct operations pertaining to the repair phase of F-15 Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM). Implementing Air Force Sustainment Center Art of the Possible concepts and process improvements to increase quality and throughput.

Aircraft Maintenance Group

Direction of all operations involved with the total rewire modification of C and D model F-15 aircraft.Focus on continuous process improvement

Strategic management of safety, quality and production programs involving multiple weapon system components (F-15, C-15, C130, C-5).

Production management over C-130 propellers, C-17 thrust reversers, F-15 horizontal stabilizers, and all aircraft fire bottles.

Strategic development of Reverse Engineering program and Technology Insertion program. Developed new repair capabilities for avionic systems. Produced stop gap solutions for Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages.
