I am an Associate Professor and Chair of the Health and Human Performance Department at the University of Tennessee at Martin. With 13 years of experience as a kinesiology faculty member, I specialize in Exercise Physiology, Physical Education, and Coaching Education.Throughout my career, I have held various roles in higher education, including Registrar, Program Director (Exercise Physiology and Graduate Education), and positions in admissions and athletics. I recently concluded my coaching career, having served as both a head and assistant coach at the Division I and Division II levels.My research is dedicated to advancing the educational development of Kinesiology, focusing on the assessment and enhancement of education, coaching, and exercise science.
