Plant Facilities Engineer. Consistently demonstrate ability to work under high pressure and time constraints required of a high-volume manufacturing operation.Project Management Skills - As owner of a construction LLC, I research and purchase properties to rehab/restore for retail sale. I personally execute the electrical and HVAC work while planning, coordinating, and negotiating all additional contractor work. Innovative Problem-Solver - Conceived, developed and implemented without any engineering support a critical poke-a-yoke that successfully prevented all additional catastrophic field failures of the isolator bushing on the Taurus intermediate steering shaft. This electrical device and associated software passively checked 100% of all parts and never failed. It was implemented seven days after a catastrophic field failure that required a 100% field check and recall. The financial impact of this error proofing solution was immeasurable to not only the Indianapolis plant, but to the newly launched Taurus model. Received the maximum award of a new truck from the company in appreciation.
