Hiplead specializes in B2B sales and marketing automation software, helping over 200 companies drive growth through targeted outbound campaigns using its extensive B2B database and automation tools.I spearheaded the creation of our B2B sales and marketing automation software, building both the software architecture and our expert team from scratch. We crafted a robust front- and back-end framework that supports real-time querying of our extensive database containing 150 million contacts, enabling precise outbound campaigns.As a small incumbent, I spent a particular focus on optimizing developer productivity by instilling best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous mentoring to efficiently tackle complex big data challenges.Additionally, we developed a versatile micro-services deployment framework to simplify setup, facilitate cloud deployment, and enable seamless migration across providers. This framework supports flexible API integrations via GraphQL, Zapier, and REST API, empowering our clients to automate and streamline their workflows with ease.
