About Rick Wright

With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and driving customer outcomes, I lead the Customer Experiences organization at Benchling, a leading cloud-based platform for life sciences research and development. My mission is to help our customers achieve their business outcomes and drive value from their investment in Benchling through delivering world-class implementations along with customer success and support services.Prior to Benching I lead the Global Customer Outcomes organization at ServiceNow where I was responsible for the global team of Professional Services consultants and our Customer Success teams.Prior to ServiceNow I was a Partner at KPMG responsible for a variety of consulting practices (IT/ServiceNow, Supply Chain and Digital Design) as well as leading their global Digital Transformation program.I leverage my expertise in software as a service (SaaS), consulting and customer success to deliver innovative, high-value solutions with the highest quality.
