About Rick Wyman

For more than 40 years, I had the privilege of leading teams to achieve their goals, both internally and on client-facing projects, as a C-level operations executive and consultant in the professional services sector. However, since 2018, I have focused on "giving back" by applying my expertise to lead and consult with faith-based, nonprofit organizations such as BridgeBuilders and LEAP Global Missions. After assisting BridgeBuilders in their start-up of a Driving Academy for students in South Dallas, I am blessed to be serving this 25 year-old nonprofit as their VP of Administration. BridgeBuilders restores relationships under the banner of Christ by engaging, equipping, and empowering individuals, families and comunities in South Dallas. Their programs range from after-school and summer activities for kids, adult Bible studies, crossover athletics, job training & placement, and home improvement for senior citizens. They annually serve over 500 residents in the Bonton and surrounding communities. Prior to joining BridgeBuilders, I served LEAP Global Missions as their Executive Director from 2018-2020. LEAP is dedicated to enhancing and enriching the lives of those in need around the world by providing free, surgical and medical services, inspired by the love of Christ.Prior to being called to become LEAP's Executive Director, I served on their Board of Directors for four years. During this period of time, I was a CEO Coach with Vistage Worldwide and the COO at Andersen Tax LLC. As Andersen's COO, I directed all corporate functions for this $200M global tax services business.Earlier in my career, I was the CEO of The Harbour Group, a boutique IT services firm with offices throughout Texas. I also held various partner-level, operations leadership positions with Accenture, Ernst & Young, and Hitachi Consulting. After leaving Hitachi, I became the managing partner of Huron Consulting Group's Legal Advisory Services business and ran my own operations consulting business.When I’m not serving or volunteering with local nonprofit organizations as well as mentoring other business leaders, I’m proud to serve my community as the Mission Council Chair at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church and as a Board Director for Design Connect Create (a nonprofit inspiring and empowering girls to pursue STEM careers).
