After a 25+ year investment and corporate finance career, I am pursuing my longtime passion for food and cooking, as both a culinary school student in the Professional Chef's Program at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and as a professional chef. Prior to becoming a chef, I spent 16+ years experience in venture capital, public equity and special situations investing and 12+ years in a variety of senior operating roles (COO, CFO, Exec Director) in startups and US/European turnarounds/restructurings. I have been a director on 10 private company boards, 5 non-profit boards and spent 6 years as an elected local School Committee member and Chairman.
