As head chef, my main role is to prepare main courses for customers and manage entire kitchen and kitchen staff.• Prepared and cooked 15+ types of hot pot and 10+ types of appetizers with other kitchen staffs• Proposed and designed hot pot recipes (winter melon pot and coconut chicken pot) with manager • Managed and operated cleaning of whole kitchen after closing for more than three months • Mentored 10+ new employed workers, provided counseling for workers to reduce stress under work • Evaluated 10+ new workers’ performance and gave valuable feedbacks every month • Maintained strong relationship between workers through promoting strong working ethics
