Responsible for the growth & development of the TrexPro Program on both a national & regional level. Manage direct reports across the Central, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, & Eastern Canada regions to drive revenue & maintain our existing network while remaining innovative & strategic in our approach to new & future business. Work in collaboration with District & Regional Managers to identify growth opportunities & develop & implement strategies to grow existing sales and product conversions, & obtain new business with contractors. Help to identify & quantify dealer growth opportunities, leveraging through the TrexPro program.

Work in collaboration with management & sales teams to identify growth opportunities & to develop & implement strategies to grow existing sales, product conversions, & obtain new business with contractors. Help to identify & quantify dealer growth opportunities, leveraging through the TrexPro program.

Manage all territory sales activities within the building material industry over a three state territory, including a direct multiple distributor network. Create pull-through sales at the contractor, builder, and architect levels. Conduct product knowledge sessions with channel partners on Trex products and installation specifications. Manage the marketing funds of distributor, dealer, and contractors for the promotion and branding of Trex products. Implement corporate marketing plans and programs within territory. Exhibit products at trade shows.
