Currently contracting with a feral government contractor, Strategic Health Solutions, Omaha, to develop education and training materials to reduce Medicaid fraud, waste and abuse. Also provide training via webinars and national medical provider and beneficiary advocate conferences.Over 30 years of Wisconsin Public Assistance Program Administration, Program Development, and Policy Analysis experience.Served as WI Department of Health and Social Services legislative liaison in the mid 1990s when state and federal welfare reform initiatives were developed, legislative approved, and programs implemented.Served as WI representative on a federal committee to redesign the Food Stamp program as part of the 2002 national Farm Bill.Goal: Part-time or full-time consulting or management of human service programs in the government or non-profit organization communities.Specialties: Coordinating and developing partnerships to identify program needs, improve program administration, implement programs and policies, improve cost effectiveness of human service programs.
