Rick, as the Managing Director of Antidote LDN since January 2022, has continued to leverage his extensive expertise in the Fitness and Wellbeing industry. In his current role, he oversees and directs the strategic initiatives of Antidote LDN, bringing a wealth of experience in clinical, wellbeing, and fitness services.He holds an Executive MBA and is a Chartered Member and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK). In his previous position at Nuffield Health, Rick played a pivotal role, overseeing fitness products and services, member experience, and the development of integrated wellbeing services. He led initiatives in both traditional and digital formats, including the NH24/7 on-demand content platform and the Nuffield Health My Wellbeing App.Rick's influence extends beyond his organisations, as he is actively engaged in the fitness industry, presenting at industry events and cultivating relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
