• Reporting to Resource planner manager• Manage and monitoring 69 packaging & processing engineers.• Manage and maintain PME tools for engineer’s job assignment.• Lead weekly planner meeting with all stake holders ( SKAM, SAM, CE, UG, CSO Dir, SDM, CDE & MK planner)• Do SO assignment for all engineers, Instructor, FPS, Specialist & CWM team.• Manage rebilling process with other market relate with borrowing engineers.• Initiated meeting within bookers and SDM to solve customer issue.• Do escalation issue to service director to get decision on which customer to be priority to get • engineer support.• Create SM03 SO through CRM and SAP.• Create rebilling PR through SAP.• Collaborate with Service delivery manager to solve customers’ issue from technical perspective.• Collaborate with SAR & SSR in relate with SO number and spare parts delivery status.• Maintain TPMS events forecast in customers.• Collaborate with CDE relate with customer training delivery planning, engineers receive training and engineer’s certification.• Manage monthly report to be updated in power BI.• Monitoring and make sure all engineers as per PME schedule.• Collaboration with IR manager and System issue analyst in relate with customer issue, engineers or specialist support and SO number.• To find engineer support from other market planner in some circumstances our market shortage with engineer competency.• Collaborate with GSAC relate with rebilling invoice process and man hour.• Create monthly PPT report for CSO director.• Manage and plotting project time plan and secure engineers booking.

Lease with training centers in TP Lund or other outside training facilities. Ensure that all training courses are recorded for both customers and processing engineers.- Manage all processing uniform and safety shoes stuff to all staff.- Print invoice and input into Processing SAC to check Customers PO, copy the PO and invoice and send to finance, continue filing the invoice.- Familiar with SAP- super user Qutip Issue Resolution- contract agreements - Legal documents- Issue Resolution Super User
