You had a choice between PPP or ERTC but as the ERTC could take months to get your money, most took PPP option. Many think the ERTC option ended when PPP did but it is still available. Changes in March 2021 now allow people who chose the PPP option to now be able to apply for the ERTC option. The average credit is around 150k but employers with a lot of people they kept employed during the lockdowns are receiving credits in the millions.
