Responsible for supporting the launch of Reduce Risk Product (iQOS) in Denmark with the technical infrastructure needed including e-commerce platform, SAP integration/developments and various other applications supporting the launch.Simultaneously working together with the Netherlands project team in order to share knowledge and learning prior to launch.

Leading a team with the responsibility on a Nordic level to developing and maintaining sales and marketing related systems. Recent focus has been on iOS developments, empowering our field sales force to use a one device strategy during visits. Working for a global enterprise company as Philip Morris have given me a better understanding about structure and strategies in an enterprise company. It has also, by having a very well working process for career development and aspirations, given me a framework and practice to better develop direct reports.

Responsible for leading the development team of products and services to ComArounds customers. During my time as in the position as development manager, I was also a member of the management team, involving business planning, overall objectives setting, creating and follow-up budget and operational plans. My work at Comaround also gave me an important experience in communicating with customers. I was involved in both sales and delivery-processes with several large customers such as IKEA, Ericsson, SEB, Polisen etc.

My primary responsibility was to create internet based end-user software instructions. I was developing a new ComAround website and running other various projects. Working for ComAround gave me the the chance to practically carry out many of the theoretical knowledge I've learnt during my college time. I also, for the first time, got the chance to work professionally with something I still have a keen interest in, Internet services.

Supporting customers with hotel bookingsystem HotSoft and with Grundig Hotel TV System. Also installed and repaired computers that were used by customers.
