I help my customers become more successful. Project I have been involved in at my company are:- European Spallation Source (ESS). This is a big science projectwhere I develop the hardware and equipment needed for the target area. The work includes creating all engineering documents needed in Catia, Enovia and CHESS for a successful installation and commissioning.- Offshore vessel 3D layout documentation. The project was to build and verify a complete deck layout for a well intervention vessel. All work was done in SolidWorks. The end result was a 3D assembly consisting of about 25 000 models. The geometry was delivered from many different CAD systems. Special techniques was developed to make all geometry suitable and easy to handle in the assembly. The Vessel can be shown on a high end workstation laptop. The project also included new development of different kind of equipment.- Vertical Christmas trees for subsea. The project involved development of components for VXT’s including THRT, AIV and MVB. The project used SolidWorks for engineering and SAP for documentation. SAP is a system with a steep learning curve but with a great and accurate document control. Using workflows in SAP made us control the documents perfectly.- Programming and building of a computer controlled production system. All information needed for production is extracted from an ERP system. The production manager can see what is expected to be produced over a timeline and can optimize the production on a daily basis. A real time application extracts information needed for robots from the production database.- Continuing development of a visual ISO9001 and ISO14001 system. The system stores all needed information in a database. The user can through a web browser log reclamations, get forms, view any process etc. The goal for this development is to make the ISO9001 and ISO14001 very easy to understand and use so that all personnel sees the system to be essential for their daily work.
