Battery Concept and System DesignCurrently leading a work group on upcoming legal regulations in Europe (CE conformity) and USA (ACC II). The workgroup’s purpose is to interpret the and implement the regulations and to inform and educate the organization. The work performed by the group is cross functional as the regulation are not only of administrative nature. Developed the architecture behind the newly introduced Battery Passport that Volvo was first to introduce to market. Previously as platform responsible for the CMA-platform complete battery. The build-up of complete battery includes different areas as enclosure, electrical, cooling, battery cells and ECU HW. I coordinate, advise, and support these teams to meet delivery of project orders. Another part of the role is to ensure all certifications, legal- and internal standards are met. The role has only a few personal deliveries and instead mostly a cross-function role.

Epic owner & cross functional team leader at the Electrical, Electronics & Vehicle Connectivity department.As program manager for EEVC system team. To be either epic owner or XFTL (cross functional team leader) on the in different initiatives. What role is taken is depending on the size and the degree of involvement for EEVC. The assignment is to coordinate the work between different stakeholders up to industrialization. The Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) definition of Epic owner is used in the Volvo Group way of working.

My assignment was for Rider Environment (previous interior) to coordinate and lead going into builds. My responsibility was to be single point of contact and represent the unit in all relevant forums. Operationally follow up that BoM, all orders and receival of material was secured. Also manage any deviations that might appear and support in doing mitigation plans.

Overall responsibility to ensure product development of chassis parts project delivery’s according to process with respect to technique, cost, and timing.

As R&D Launch manager for complete vehicle verification build in pilot plant. Overall responsibility was to coordinate and lead the build, secure material for build, ensure purpose of build was fulfilled and keep delivery plan.

For Interior R&D unit. To act as liaison and communication bridge between Sweden and China for the different projects ongoing as project leader.

As Launch leader for Interior R&D unit. My assignment is to secure the industrial launch of the Lynk&Co 01 car for interior trim parts at the AELQ plant. Another part was to act as liaison and communication bridge between Sweden and China.

My responsibility is to contribute to the development of the group’s components until production and see to that all necessary activities is carried out and requirements met together with chosen supplier. These are to be performed with time, cost and technique in mind.

At Volvo cars as task leader at Exterior/Glass and mirrors. My assigned component was the quarter-glass. The responsibility was to lead the development of the component until production and see to that all necessary activities was performed so that all requirements and specifications was met with respect for technique, time and cost.

Power House is a retailer of Marine diesel engines, gensets and generators. Based on inquiry’s and technical and commercial requirements I made cost estimates and quotes. I was also system owner of the company’s external web-based quote application. If business was awarded, I was responsible for transportation and documentation. I also designed all the company’s advertisements and printed material together with homepage design and updates.

My assignment was at Volvo trucks field testing group. The groups task is to perform testing of trucks and components at end customer. My job was to find suitable testers/haulers based on the criteria’s that had been set by internal customer. Then sign agreement with this hauler and see to that all prerequisites were met to perform tests. Under the test period I performed inspections, tests, interviews and then gave written reports. I also assisted in solving any problems that came up during the testing. The position meant that you where the single point of contact between tester/hauler and Volvo. Frequent travel was needed.
