Working as a product manager I have had opportunity to recognize customer needs and design systems/software/data insights that can effectively organize user experiences and workflows to meet their needs. In my current role at Outreach I am responsible for the reporting and analytical experiences within the platform. This area of the product empowers users to effectively measure inputs and outputs in order to drive action and revenue opportunities for their organization. At Intuit I managed teams to create a centralized reporting platform to be leveraged by thousands of users across the globe. This allowed me to dive deeper into data as a product offering and understanding how to manage metrics across complicated ecosystems with a wide variety of user needs. Clear Capital enabled me to gain experience in building customer facing data products through both automated means and managed vendor networks. In addition, I spent several years as an operational manager/director managing data quality and support. Within this workload my department interfaced, managed and communicated with a vendor network of 30,000+ individuals across multiple product lines.
