Before co-founding Milk+Chocolate I worked for myself designing and building web applications from start to finish (you can call it full-stack if you want). It was during this time I really got make use of all of my skills within customer service, managing projects and development.

I co-founded Milk+Chocolate with a fantastic team (on a bit of a whim) while studying and working part-time at Stockmann. We got a head start by working closely and sharing a lot of projects with Agency Leroy. During this time we worked with many clients both large and small. Special mention to Kaffa Roastery and Hackman whose projects I remember especially fondly.My personal responsibilities included web development, sales, project management, handling domains, consulting on technical architecture and customer service. We played to our strengths as a team and got a lot done and had fun doing it.

Before I started as a B2B Salesperson at Verkkokauppa.com I worked in the product pick-up station fetching products from the warehouse and helping customers if they had any questions about their purchase. After an internal recruitment process I got the chance to start in the B2B team as a salesperson responsible for all accounts where the customer preferred to speak Swedish. In addition to this I was part of the team handling all of the other accounts as well. The work included basic communication, making recommendations on hardware and software, making offers and researching solutions for clients and accounts.I credit the experience at Verkkokauppa.com with making me very comfortable to speak on the phone with clients.
