Currently working as a technical specialist and 2:nd line senior service engineer for the electron spectroscopy product range. Responsible for internal service support and also for more advanced support toward end customer. A big part of the daily work is to work with email support, remote connection support, service documentation and to perform factory service of your products. Occasionally I also travel to customer for more advanced support on our electron spectroscopy analyzers, X-ray and UV light sources.

Responsible for assembly, factory test and installation of electron spectroscopy analyzers and light sources for UHV science community. Factory assembly required a great deal of accuracy and precision in order to meet the critical requirements in this cutting edge science. Installation and customer support was all over the world as I worked toward the global science community. This gave me a lot of experience in working against different cultures and learn from difficulties in supporting customer in different parts of the world.
