In my role as the Director of Design and Development for Shoes and Bags at James Perse, I work with a dynamic team conceptualizing and creating innovative footwear and bag collections, ensuring they harmonized seamlessly with the brand's ethos of minimalist elegance and comfort.I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing the entire design lifecycle from ideation to production, and implemented strategies that elevated the aesthetic appeal and market positioning of our products within the realm of west coast-inspired lifestyle fashion.

I successfully navigated capital raising efforts along with the other Executives, secured essential funding to propel Green Dot's growth, and played a pivotal role in the strategic exit of the company. We ensured a mutually beneficial outcome for stakeholders and positioned Green Dot as a leader in the sustainable bioplastics industry.I shaped the strategic vision and initial direction of the company, including working directly with the research team on the development of sustainable projects and initiatives.

Title: Director of Design and Development (Handbags)I led the creative process in crafting unique and iconic handbag collections, drawing inspiration from the brand's rich history and Pucci's vision of fast, joyful, and spontaneous elegance. I worked closely with the Creative Director Peter Dundas and a talented team, I oversaw the entire lifecycle for handbags and small leather goods collection from concept to production, ensuring each piece reflected the brand's distinctive sense of style and contributed to its timeless legacy.

Rickard-Shah, an internationally celebrated luxury, shoe, and handbag collection, quickly attracted an array of high net worth dedicated clientele for whom they produced one-of-a-kind, made- to-measure shoes and custom designed handbags.As the Chief Creative Officer (CCO) and Co-Founder, my responsibilities at Rickard-Shah encompassed spearheading all aspects of creative design, sourcing, and production direction for our shoe and handbag collections. Throughout this venture, we designed and launched several collections with notable designers across Florence, New York, Milan, and Israel. We focused on delivering on-demand design to maximize our efforts of supporting local designers and production. Collaborating with my husband, Binith Shah, I developed the designs and creative aspects of the business while he focused on distribution and marketing. Notable achievements: We signed a private label contract with Joan & David Asia, outfitted prominent figures, and establish a strong retail presence with outlets like Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom, and standalone boutiques in London's Mayfair district.

Designed woman's sportswear collection , initiated collections, trends and themes seasonally in collaboration with designer Norma Kamali.
