For nearly two decades, he lived and worked in the Middle East, in various roles with leading firms such as Picador and The Gulf Business Foundation.Rick was CEO of Gulf based Mentor Group providing management and consultancy services to companies and organisations such as: Saudi Aramco Oil Company; Gulf Air; Reebok Middle East; InterContinental Hotels Group; Cessna Aircraft Co., Middle East Development Company; Emirates Golf Club and Emirates Airline. When he returned from the Middle East, Rick acquired and created various business interests and became Chief Executive of a law firm specialising in anti-terrorism, covert policing, and other issues of national state-based interest.He is the founder and MD of Fisher King Publishing and of Mentor Group.
