RosmanSearch, Inc. is a highly specialized physician recruiting and executive search service specializing in recruiting neurosurgeons, neurologists, urologists and gastroenterologists for permanent placement. The mission of RosmanSearch is to serve the needs of the healthcare community by placing quality physicians with quality practices, academic departments and hospitals nationwide.

I had various roles with Randstad Healthcare (formerly Locum Medical Group), including physician staffing consultant, client staffing consultant, Director of Government Services and Managing DIrector. As the Managing Director, I managed all of the teams within Randstad Healthcare's physician staffing division. In this role, I was responsible for the overall growth, strategy and profitability of the division.

Environmental Concepts was direct sales company marketing a home purification system. I began my career Environmental Concepts as a sales representative where I was consistently ranked as one of the top representatives in the Ohio region. Eventually, I was promoted to sales manager where I was responsible for 5-7 other sales representatives and the telemarketing team.
