I an also certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and certified in Lean Management. I’ve been in project management for 25+ years holding positions as Senior Project Manager, PMO Manager and Manager of Project Management Development and Engagement, training project managers and engineers in waterfall, agile and hybrid project management methodologies. Prior to entering the project management profession, I held positions in sales support engineering, application development and telecommunication management. Throughout my career, I have held Project Management leadership positions with L3Harris, IBM, CenterState Bank, Riverside Bank, Big Shy Technologies, Melita International and held consulting positions with Bank of America, Citi Bank, AT&T, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Disney and Royal Caribbean.

As a Project Manager / Systems Engineer for Melita, I managed the installation and implementation of outbound predictive dialing call centers utilized in collections and telemarketing. I managed projects for a wide range of financial institutions including Bank of America, Barnett, Wachovia and CitiCorp.

Supported the sales and marketing teams in the sales, support and implmentation of the Davox line of Predictive Dialers and 3270 controllers and intellegent workstations. Supported major installations with CitiCorp, First National Bank of Atlanta, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

Technical support for the Data General Eclipse line of computers and associated AOS/VS Operating System.

Lead Test Technicial responsible for the final test line for the Harris line of Commercial Text Editing workstations for the publishing industry.

Sr. Technician responsible for the final test line for th Dictaphones line of multi channel analog and digital voice recording equipment used by the FAA and local law enforcement for capturing and logging voice conversations.
