Developed and managed the Design/Build Workshop in St. Louis sponsored by Mark Twain Bancshares and CEO /Chairman Adam Aronson to provide employment to local emerging graduate and post graduate artists. Artists were trained as cabinet makers working in the 12,000 SF commercial scale workshop supporting Bank's growing number of new facility locations. Artist staff designed, fabricated, and installed interior fixtures, furniture using teams of 10-14 artists.Supported Bank's corporate art collection, and directed selection and placement of art within bank facilities. Continued use of lacquer as a medium extended to furniture and architectural design accessories. Expanded responsibility with facility and interior design for new bank facilities collaboration, and management of new facilities programming and planning with selected architectural firms. Organized Art Shows and Exhibits for various local Bank events and activities.
