Current• Help clients in healthcare, government, and general commercial activities with their document management needs. Representative clients include hospitals, insurance companies, state and local governments; healthcare claims processors, and accounting functions.• Lead the Database team (five database engineers) and Infrastructure team (tech lead and four upgrade techs.) Hire, train, and mentor staff.• Assist with pre-sales activities, including reviewing project requirements, designing solutions, accurately pricing engagements, and drafting statements of work.• Help maintain firm profit margins by planning, managing, and meeting team utilization standards.• Ensure client satisfaction by managing and monitoring projects and ensuring on-time delivery. Work closely with project managers, business analysts and other solution engineers.• Create general-purpose utilities, including a system migration toolkit and a pre-upgrade analysis tool.• Developing training curricula and materials. Instruct colleagues in SQL reporting with OnBase.Notable ProjectsHealth Plan Administrator – Identified opportunities for improvement in a large, mature implementation, including database configuration, data distribution, application server settings, and OnBase configuration. Interviewed users and analyzed database, application, and web servers.Premier Wealth Manager – Addressed the sunsetting of an existing document management system, reducing maintenance cost and risk. Converted over two million documents.Manufacturer of Health and Wellness Technology – Enabled a business spinoff by extracting a sub-entity’s documents, migrating over 30 million documents from an on-premise OnBase system to a hosted OnBase solution.
