I am an instructional systems designer with over 25 years of experience and a strong track record of success in training, personnel development, and curriculum development (Instructor Led, Computer Based, and Hybrid training). While on active duty, I held a 9502 Navy Enlisted Classification (NEC) (Navy Instructor), 9506 NEC (Navy Curriculum Developer), 9517 NEC (3M Coordinator), Master Training Specialist, and Master Training Specialist Mentor. I have developed and supervised others in the development of several Navy Courses, including: Navy Instructor Training Course, the Navy’s Command Career Counselor course, a Task Based Curriculum Developer Course, and the Navy Leadership courses. I was also the content development go-to-person at the Center for Personal and Professional Development, until its disestablishment (2015).I performed as the Contracting Officer’s Representative for all of the simulators at EWTGLANT, Little Creek. I held that position for nine years and was responsible for the life cycle and contractor support of said simulators. My duties included contract evaluation, simulator installation approval, vendor evaluation and liaison with the Contracting Officer at Navy Education and Training Command on all related matters.
