Senior IT Leader across Enterprise Technology Programs, Legal Platforms, IT Service Delivery, Website and PARRIS Law Firm Information Security Program. - Manage System Engineers- Lead and own the process of deliverables with due consideration for applicable codes and standards.- Provides technical escalation for complex network / infrastructure related issues to ensure SLA and highest client satisfaction level.- Personnel management and estimation, work planning / forecast and effective utilization of manpower, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents and services delivery.- Management responsibilities include coordinating the activities of the managed services staff which can include hiring, training and scheduling staff, resolving engineering design and test problems, evaluating and approving changes and specifications. This also includes purchasing needed materials and equipment and hiring additional staff if needed.- Prepare progress reports to present to upper-level management through the duration of the project and reports, any concerns and requests approval for necessary changes.- Coordination with the other engineering disciplines, client and vendors.
