    Rick has performed a number of Benefit Concerts in the last few years. The most recent one was for "The Wounded Warrior's Project's" on February 22nd 2014 in Carmel,In. Rick and 10 other Bands from INDY also performed for "Bands Against Bullies" to help support "Angels & Doves" w/ Kim Harvey and Rupert Boneham from the T.V Show Survivor. In Addison Rick also Kissed a Pig and performed for The American Diabetes Foundation at The Indiana State Fair as well as benefits for Cancer Research. Also last year bassist Rick Bozzo, along w/ several other musician's from the Greater St Louis Area also recorded a C-D and donated the proceeds to Service Men and Woman who are afflicted w/ PTSD. Ending out the year 2012, In Addison {Boz} as his friends call him did a "LEGENDS of ROCK ' Fund Raiser at "The Central City Convention Center " in Kentucky, featuring Rock Legends lead singer Jimi Jamison, Guitarist, Derek St Holmes "The Voice for Ted Nugent" and Rick Bozzo on bass.Together with the help Jack Reno we raised money for Christmas Gifts for under privileged kids in The United States.

    Meat Loaf and Me. the story of "The Early Years" by Rick Bozzo. I met Marvin Lee Aday a.k.a "Meat Loaf" in the summer of 1967 at a jam session in Encino,Ca just twenty mins from downtown Hollywood and Vine where dreams come true more than once for some people. I was Meat Loaf's first bass player from 67-68 in SoCal. 1968-70 in Michigan and later in 1977 i did pre-production for The Bat tour at The Meat Loft in the garment district of New York City. As Meat Loaf Soul, we opened up for all the major act's at the time Them with Van Morrison,Paul Butterfield Blues band, Elvin Bishop, Janice Joplin with Big Bother and The Holding Company, The Electric Prunes, The Grass Roots etc. Then we relocated to Michigan,were we toured the midwest and Canada and also recorded are first single on Magenda records. Then we became one of The Grande Ballrooms house bands. Opening up for such bands as The Who, James Gang, Bob Seger, The MC-5, Iggy Pop, Grand Funk Rail.Road. etc. During this time i also got to jam with some of Michigan's Finest like,Dick Wagner, Mark Farner,Craig Frost, Don Brewer as well as Ted Nugent, members of Rare Earth, Shaun (Stoney) Murphy, The MC-5, Ray Monnett and members of Motown's Funk Brothers. By june of 1970 i became the new bassist for Vanguard Recording Artist Dick Wagner and The Frost. Some of the first gig's include.
