In my postion as Extrusion Work Center Supervisor I am responsible for all the Extrusion activities in manufacturing. I manage 63 people on 3 shifts of production. My responsibilities include all aspects of production/personnel management in my area. I also work with Engineering to develop, prioritize, and direct all types of projects in the Extrusion areas.

Responsible for manufacturing support of all production operations. Managed capital budgets of $2,000,000 - $3,000,000; including justifications, captial purchases, and equipment installations. This position requires strong project management skills. Projects I have successfully completed include, re-layout of manufacturing, closing down manufacturing plant and moving to a new location, installation of a complete manufacturing line. I have excellent root cause trouble shooting and problem resolution skills. I have successfully supervised maintenance crews and engineering staff to accomplish strategic goals.
