I am expert in executive management and software development, mostlyin financial services, with roles in venture and PE-backed companies. Inveniam’s platform is an AWS cloud-based, micro-service, multi-tenant architecture, using CQRS and event-sourcing patterns, and blockchain to keep zero knowledge proofs of results from RAG and LLM data structuring. During my career, I have been recognized for implementing ground-breakingtechnologies, and reducing undesired staff departures to less than 1/2 of av-erage. My systems have managed transactions totalling hundreds of billionsof dollars, and been used by millions of people. Challenging and understand-ing, and finally approving the technical approach we take to building oursoftware for accuracy, scalability, stability, concurrency, and security.Budgets and Vendor Management. Doing our work within the financial con-straints and investment limits laid out for us. Prioritizing properly. Gettingvendor selection and agreements right. Keeping the vendors on track, deliv-ering quality, velocity and quantity for the money.Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC). Setting the rules, the methodol-ogy we use for everything from hearing an idea for the first time, to releasingit and supporting it as production code. Measuring quality and velocity ofwork.
