CurrentDevelop, implement and lead marketing strategy across internal stakeholders, agencies, OEM's and other cross-functional parties for five stores with unique markets and product offerings.Cultivate and communicate the brand strategy across all marketing programs and channels.Lead execution of the brand strategy and marketing calendar.Execute and manage digital marketing strategies, goals, and objectives.Manage relationships with marketing partners and agencies.Work with team members on business development strategies, including leading promotional efforts (trade shows), RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and presentation development.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives for continual optimization.Manage and execute all marketing aspects of the company’s proprietary and third-party technology applications (mobile app, loyalty program, mobile ordering, digital signage, etc.).Manage and execute sales initiatives in the areas of events, sponsorships, advertising, community networking and strategic partnerships.Develop brand guidelines that reflect company culture and values that are followed across the organization.Work with department leaders to ensure the execution of our brand values and promises.Oversee the design of marketing materials, advertisements, and graphics across all media channels.
