About Rick Nendza

Currently seeking Salesforce contracting roles for smaller companies. I've worked with all sizes but prefer those that need that extra level of experience added from the outside to an existing team to get them up and running. I do not prefer integration development / maintenance to legacy systems. Looking for new LWC dev and integration to modern 3rd party API's. Not Willing to provide production support.20 years of success in IT as an employee at Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, independent consultant at enterprise cloud companies such as Salesforce.com, and a consultant in the Chicago area for nonprofits such as CARPLS and Lumity as well as Examzone.com, Nitel, Accel Entertainment. etc..etc. I will help mentor your juniors and am willing to work nights and weekends. Currently an independent consultant assisting in all phases of implementing Salesforce.com CRM including architecture, design, and development.Clouds: Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud. Technical Specialties: Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Autolaunced Flows, Visual Flows, Process Builder, Platform Events, Flow, Einstein Analytics, Apex , Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow Rules, ,jQuery,CSS.3rd Party Apis: Vimeo, Amazon Buy Now, OneShop, EFS, Yelp, and general REST Integration to platforms like Heroku. I've probably coded hundred of lightning web components and aura components. I have developed various unit testing frameworks for my clients from scratch and then turned that into automated nightly regression testing via platforms like Gearset. I do assist in interviewing people for clients and and have a knack of being able to select the better candidates. I prefer to work in an environment that has proper SCM but I do know proper mitigation for those that do not. I've probably done at least a dozen end-to-end successful implementations and helped 1/2 dozen failed implementations of SFDC. Prefer smaller companies.. (500 employees max) or to be embedded on a small / well oiled team.
