Responsible for leading all BPO sales, marketing, and client success efforts at Boomsourcing & Boom Demand. Develop new market expansion channels and lines of business. Centralize revenue efforts among the various business lines, with a focus on net new sales growth.

Operate in a very hands on and cross-functional role, overseeing the process optimization and performance efforts of our Sales, Customer Success, Software Engineering, and Fulfillment Center teams located across North and South America, and Asia.Sales OversightDevelop and scale a team of Account Executives and Sales Direct Representatives (SDR's) to generate internal sales funnel and net new accounts. In addition, build out a team of nearshore SDR's for a Sales as a Service offering to clients. Customer Success OversightManage the optimization of the customer experience through the integration of data driven customer insights. Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success to develop and integrate a full 360-customer engagement cycle, using Net Promoter Score and Agile methodologies to integrate customer driven product features.Product Management OversightOversee a team of software engineers focused on the development of new features and infrastructure improvements. Drive the agile software development process and collaborate with the CTO to manage the platform design, integration of new features and system improvements.Fulfillment Operations OversightResponsible for technical process improvement and the development of training programs to improve the level of performance of our global fulfillment teams. This includes training and development of the leadership of our On-Shore and Off-Shore Call-Center and BPO operations.

Developed and managed a range of start-up projects and products for AIG throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
