Responsible for developing, refining, and maturing Jedox's Channel Partner program, with emphasis on creating a more scalable, consistently delivered program to North American and global partners.As Director of Channel Enablement, my mandate was to ensure that Channel Partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully sell, implement, support, and maintain a broad base of Jedox enabled customers.

Reporting to the VP Global Professional Services, facilitated transition and integration into the P2 Energy Solutions family following the acquisition of Beyond Compliance in December 2011. Activities included cross-training professional services staff in the use and implementation of the software, educating P2 sales staff in sales strategies related to the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space, and on-going Director level duties related to professional services management to help ensure a smooth transition for both organizations and our customers.

Led a team of dedicated professionals in the overall service and support of the Beyond Compliance customer base. Identified and implemented strategies related to customer implementation and retention, helpdesk support, sales & service management reporting, and was a key member of transition team to P2 Energy Solutions upon acquisition.Also performed as senior consultant for critical strategic accounts, acting as both Project Manager and Account Manager. Key accounts included ExxonMobil, Husky Energy, Nexen, and PetroCanada (Suncor).

As Senior Solution Consultant, responsible for pre and post-sale activities related to application of the Beyond Compliance suite of software for our upstream Oil and Gas customers. Activities included solution design, integration planning, project management (planning, implementation, training), and post-implementation account management. Participated in most large and strategic application implementations with organizations such as ExxonMobil, BC Hydro, RioTinto (KUCC), PetroCanada, and SAIT.As Manager, Technology & Infrastructure, was responsible for internal business technologies including CRM, Sharepoint, Windows desktops, E-mail, and related applications.
