After joining the ASX200 listed Bapcor in 2018, I led and delivered a substantial, complex program of IT and digital technology projects that substantially contributed to Bapcor's success, including integrated Retail systems, major ERP upgrades, Ecommerce (B2C and B2B), CRM, Warehouse Management Systems and many others.In order to deliver the above, I lifted the capacity, capability, culture and performance of the team substantially. Despite one of the greatest talent shortages of all time, I took the IT team from 19 team members in 2018 to 85 team members in 2022 to supporting almost 5000 team members in 1000 locations.✔️ Rewrote and reset the IT Strategic Plan to meet Bapcor’s objectives and goals✔️ Replaced disparate and ageing websites with a Bapcor group-wide, tier-one Ecommerce platform✔️ Selection and implementation of a Bapcor group-wide, tier-one CRM platform✔️ Implemented Manhattan Associates WMS into the newly built, Bapcor consolidated Distribution Centre✔️ Replaced and consolidated ageing, disparate, on-premises IT Infrastructure with Private Cloud, utilising various private and public cloud technologies✔️ Designed and built a new Infrastructure and collaboration environment from the ground✔️ Other projects - Various ERP replacements, upgrades and consolidations. Led and managed all aspects of technology across the Sussan Group of retail companies (Sussan, Sportsgirl and Suzanne Grae brands, 550+ stores.) This included leading the transformation from 25+-year-old, custom-developed legacy systems (centralised Retail systems and store POS) across the group to new Aptos Retail (formerly Epicor Retail) systems. Originally joining ASX listed ALH Group as a result of its separation from Fosters at the time, the Group was soon acquired by a joint venture between Woolworths and the Bruce Mathieson Group.
