There are many efficient methods to help a learner first acquire the pre-requisite and contextual knowledge.Skill development, however, requires coaches with the specific ability to observe, accurately diagnose and redirect the learner's actions. (Otherwise practice just reinforces the same mistakes.) The efficient utilization of these expensive resources is a key metric for program effectiveness.
