At X-Rite, I lead the Sales Effectiveness team and sales and marketing analytics efforts. I was heavily involved in sales funnel management, digital marketing efforts, CRM (Salesforce) initiatives, business intelligence (BI) projects, and in using data to optimize marketing campaigns.

I facilitated the Financial Modeling course. Our focus was on learning how to building flexible and user-friendly Excel models that can help bring clarity to difficult business problems and support effective and efficient decision making.

I was asked to rejoin a former leadership team to help build and manage the client-facing delivery function of a new service line selling software to external clients. My responsibilities included building a team, delivering analytical solutions and reporting, driving improvements and enhancements to our technology products, growing, mentoring and managing a team of analysts, growing & sustaining client relationships, and building a scalable and sustainable service delivery framework.
