As the Managing Partner of implementation services, currently responsible for the management of a portfolio of utility software implementation projects for Electric, Gas and Water utilities throughout North America.These projects include the implementation of commercial software, custom development, data conversion and third party system integrations. Responsible for the teams that provide Project Strategy, Planning, Negotiations, Program Management, Business Process Re-Engeneering, Testing Services and Organizational Readiness Services.

Responsible for business development for the Southeast United States, Caribbean and parts of Latin America.

Responsible for utility professional services organization for Banner CIS. The individual teams worked with utility clients to design and develop custom solutions to meet customer requirements. The business unit consisted of over 60 utility industry analysts and technical consultants.Team areas of specialties included:- Energy deregulation analysis and development of electronic business transactions (EDI & XML).- Legacy system data analysis, data conversions and balancing.- Custom bill print analysis, design and development. - Custom rate analysis, configuration and development to satisfy customer unique jurisdictional requirements.

Led the development of SinglePoint ASP - Cloud. This was the first “Cloud” service for CIS and Business Process Outsourcing focused on the emerging deregulated energy market.Responsible for Strategy, Consulting Services and Operations to support the business.Software and Infrastructure Services included:- CIS offered in a SaaS model based on customer variable usage model- Hardware and full technology stack bundled as part of the service- High availability and disaster recovery services- Full system management included- Service Levels consistently achieved or exceeded - Systems and network security management- Incident and problem management- Application and technology upgrade management - Facilities and data center management Integrated Business Process Outsourcing Services included:- Customer Service Interaction Center (Inbound and outbound)- Bill Print Generation and Mailing - Notice Generation and Mailing- Payment Processing- Multi-System Data Integration Management- Utility Industry Deregulation Transaction Management (EDI and XML based formats)Management of a team of over 50 employees with utility customers throughout the United States.Lead the development of the SinglePoint ASP Certification business model. Managed the extension of the SinglePoint ASP brand to Connexus Energy and Enlogix.

Responsible for the the Professional Services sales support team. Developed CIS Implementation Project Strategies, Implementation Statement of Work Contracts. Successfully supported the business development efforts for twenty-nine new license customers. These contracts resulted in over $100M total license and service revenue.
