With over a decade of UX leadership experience in the financial sector, I am passionate about designing user-centric and data-driven solutions that create value for both customers and businesses. As the UX Chapter Lead at ING Business Banking Innovation, I lead a team of designers who support the UX needs of three innovative initiatives that launch new business propositions and enhance the experience for ING's business banking clients.My professional journey started as a Marine with the Royal NL Marine Corps, where I honed my skills in teamwork, discipline, and resilience. After an honorable discharge, I pursued my passion for usability engineering and digital innovation to study Human Technology and obtain credentials in Scrum, Prince2, and P3O. I also completed modules in Business Process & Technology and Marketing, Technology & Innovation at Nyenrode Business University. I am interested in philosophy of technology and ethical design, and how they can inform and improve the UX practice and the digital innovation process.
