All the way from having manufactured processors and photomasks to enterprise hardware such as file servers, computing clusters and cloud infrastructure. I've written everything from machine code to high level languages and enterprise applications in the cloud. I have extensive cybersecurity experience, information security experience and have handled and managed classified material. I understand how to keep secrets and prevent their compromise.I have managed teams for the last 30 years. First in the military managing maintenance and service members, managing sales engineers by influence, or managing development teams. I know how to get teams to accomplish big things.I have managed training programs and delivered training on a wide range of subjects. I feel a large part of a senior employees job is to pass their experience on. I routinely coach junior developers to help them navigate the complexities of the business world.
