Rinse, repeat.In my prior life as an IO Psychology academic, I published extensively in top-tier, peer review journal on topics such as high performing teams, leadership, assessment, selection, development, validity, and bias. I’m an expert Organizational Science and all assessment issues including recent advances in machine learning (aka artificial intelligence). Since leaving academics, my focus is on applying all that I know about assessment, training, and development to help leaders and teams thrive. I’ve developed assessments for numerous global organizations including Dell Technologies, the United Methodist Church (Global), Sony, and Haworth.
