Rick Dielman, CEAP, Vice President of Business DevelopmentRick has been involved in labor and management relations since 1979, the EAP field since 1988, and has been with AWP since 1991. He is the former Chair of the Texas State Legislative and Public Policy Committee for EAPA-International. Rick’s EAP experience includes program design, network and policy development, account management, quality management, training, consulting, administration, and marketing. Rick oversees all aspects of the program to ensure that services delivered are of the highest quality and all elements of daily operation and maintenance are operated effectively.
